*We recently worked with Lance, the owner of Masterpiece Roofing. Our insurance company sent an adjuster out to look at our storm damage. He said there was no damage and we received a letter stating that our deductible was more than our damage, thus we had no claim. Lance was able to document the damage to our roof, fence, personal property, pool coping, etc. Once he became involved with our claim, we went from having no claim to getting paid out over $200,000. We were able to get everything replaced. Our advice: these days, you need a good contractor in your corner. It was obvious to us that the insurance company did not have our best interest in mind.
